Clean-Out & Reed Transplanting of Multi-bed System

• Work undertaken on beds 1, 5, 7 & 8

• Clean-out of reedbed to lower very high water levels across multi-bed system

• Works required:

  - Construction of access road around the mountain and Forestry Commission area

  - Installation of bypass pipework for watercourse diversions from the adits

• Sludge/reed removal from reed beds

• Transplanting of reeds
